Jon Burns

Jon brings 35 years of experience in serving individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, with 26 of those years serving the individuals of PHP. He received his BA from Bob Jones University in 1984 and went on to teaching and managing businesses until 1995 when he joined the PHP/DDMS team.

Jay Hammond (Birmingham)

Jay has been an intricate member of the of the PHP team in both Birmingham, Wetumpka and Dothan for the past eleven years and in the field of serving individuals with disabilities for twelve years. Jay has an unparalleled passion for the population PHP serves and has dedicated his career path to continuing to serve our individuals. Jay received his BS from UAB in 2008 in the field of psychology.

Ty Pelham (Wetumpka)

Ty is our newest member of the management team but is no stranger to our field of service. He has been deeply committed to serving our population for 25 years and is in his second year of service with PHP after an extensive tenure with Case Management and serving as the Executive Director of a local EARC. Ty received his BS from TSU in the field of psychology.

Debbie Allison

Debbie is responsible for daily operations of facilities and programs in Florida, Louisiana, and Illinois. Ms. Allison received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Montevallo. She has played a variety of roles since joining the team in 1992.
