Fern Park Developmental Center is a 64-bed Intermediate Care Facility located in the Orlando, Florida suburbs. Our mission is to provide person-centered supports and services with the goal of empowering each individual with the ability to achieve their full potential.
RESIDENTIAL: We provide 24-hour supervision, training in activities of daily living and coordination/integration of healthcare or rehabilitative services in a residential setting.
DAY PROGRAM: Persons served are supported in a variety of public-school settings and Adult Day Programming to assist them in achieving their dreams of independence and working competitively in their communities.
Each person served is supported by a full team of professionals and consultants who, in collaboration with the individual and their family, develop a personalized support plan that focuses on the wants, needs and desires of the person served.

FERN PARK – Campus & Day Program
We operate a day program and single-site campus in the suburb of Orlando, FL Our mission is to provide the necessary supports and services to enable our persons served to reach their maximum level of independence. Each individual served is supported by a full team of professionals and consultants who, in collaboration with the individual and their family, develop a personalized support plan that focuses on the wants, needs and desires of the individual served.
Where we work
We have PHP facilities in 3 states. Each of the states offers programs and services. Training focuses on self-sufficiency, employment and achievement of a high school education.
ALABAMA
Home and Community Based Waiver services in homes or individual apartments in the Wetumpka and Dothan areas with a special focus on individuals with challenging behavioral needs.
FLORIDA
An Intermediate Care facility in the Orlando area serving a population with challenging medical and behavioral needs.
