What is an advocate?

  • Advocates assist people with making sure their rights are respected.

  • They operate independently of government agencies, the Health and Disability Commissioner, and the funders of health and disability services.

  • Advocates are there to support you, encourage you to take action and to help you resolve your concerns or issues.

FIND YOUR ADVOCATE

Teach. Coach. Mentor.

Mastering new skills gives our individuals the ability to become more and more independent while building their self confidence. We allow them to determine what they want to master next, and encourage them every step of the way.

TCM is our mantra for assisting our individuals in accomplishing their goals.

COACH ME

I want to sharpen what I do well, be motivated to try harder, and be all that I can be.
